First of all, a warm welcome to my new friends!
Here's drinks and snacks and a comfy blue sofa. So make yourselves comfortable and feel free to look around.

I just finished Sherlock. I did mean to watch the finale last night but I got so tired halfway through and it's difficult enough to keep up with Sherlock's train of thoughts when I'm fully awake. I'm still kind of waiting for Sherlock to reveal that he is, in fact, the Doctor.
I just love the interaction between Sherlock and Watson. I might even like it better than their counterparts's from the 2009 movie. I'm still undecided on that.

"I'm glad noone saw that."
"Hm?"
"You, ripping my clothes off in a darkened swimming pool. People might talk."

Bwaahahaha! Oh, John!

Are we sure there isn't a fourth part to series 1? How can they just leave us hanging like that? I hate cliffhangers. Actually I don't, not really. But they're still mean. I guess it's safe to say now that there will be a series 2. Yay!
But to be honest, while I love pretty much everything else about this show, I find Moriarty terribly annoying. That might just be his voice, though. I'm not sure.
In case you're one of the roughly two people who haven't seen the show yet, go and change that.

YAY I'm an expert (I wish I was lol) But that's just always how I pictured Moriarty. He's not really shown up in the book a lot, but when he did he was always Holmes' equal. I think they actually do the "You're already know what I'm going to say - and you already know my answer" thing in the book. But I'm not sure. Maybe I'm imagining things. And it bugs me that he seems like the everyday bad guy. For heaven's sake. The Taxi-Driver from A Study in Pink was more like the Moriarty I have in mind lol This one is actually more like The Master IDK :o

What is it with people comparing Moriarty to the Master? *lol*
I love the Master (well, the Simm!Master anyway) and I don't think he's anything like Moriarty. One, he's not annoying. And two, he has way more character depth. Granted, we haven't seen much of Moriarty yet, but so far he seems to be crazy and evil only for the sake of being crazy and evil.

lol I love the Simm!Master too (as much as I can, with my hatred for RTD lol). I think it's the bouncyness paired up with the crazy and evil and given that we haven't seen much of Moriarty yet it's easy to compare him to the Simm!Master, since that's what's stuck to most people. Especially since Sherlock has shown a lot of the Doctor's traits (or the other way around).

Okay, I can see that.
And I wouldn't even be surprised if Watson came home to the flat one day to find a blue box in the middle of the living room. ;)
