Surprisingly it was a fun race to watch. A lot of action on the track, a lot of overtaking. That's what racing should be like.
Keeping my fingers crossed for Alonso doesn't seem to work the way I planned. Maybe I should rethink my strategy. ;-) Speaking of Alonso: This Vodafone add with Alonso seems like the perfect characterization of Alonso.
1. Massa
2. Hamilton
3. Räikkönen
4. Heidfeld
5. Alonso
6. Kubica
7. Trulli
8. Fisichella
9. Kovalainen
10. Rosberg
11. Wurz
12. Schumacher
13. Barrichello
14. Albers
15. Sutil
16. Davidson
Jenson: That was a short race. In his last video he said that the race was basically just about having fun and he didn't even get that. Poor Jense. Especially since what I could see he had an awesome start. Overtaking two or three cars one of them Rubens'. But just one corner later his race was over. *sighs*
Strange to see his and Speed's car off the track right next to each other to find out in the replay that their accident didn't have anything to do with each other. I still don't really know what exactly happened to Jenson.
On RTl they said something about Ralf that'd be fitting for the Honda too:
Question: Couldn't you've been faster?
Answer: Yeah sure, but I had to stay with my car.
Btw. Rubens annoys me a little at the moment. I get that it's frustrating. Really. But can he please stop acting like a child who stamps his feet and cries that he wants a better car?
Ant: Ant doesn't cease to amaze me this weekend (and not just this weekend). 5th in yesterday's practice, a great Quali and an equally great race. Except for the engine failure of course. I see him in the top 10 or maybe with much luck even getting points somewhen during the season.
And now 4 weeks till the next race? Are you kidding me? And I won't even be able to watch it. Does there have to be a race the one weekend I'm in Coventry?
Edit: I just rewatched the last lap of last years Hungarian GP with Ant commentating and italmost made me cry. I didn't appreciate it enough.
