Day 3 - New Forest

Can you imagine how diffcult it was to get the news about McLaren? The BBC news only mentioned the 50 million pound, and the newspapers at least had small articles about McLaren losing their championship points but Hamilton being allowed to keep his. Not a word about Alonso though. Well, why should they mention him. After all he's just the world champion. So much for England being the home of motosports. Fortunately I had my personal formula 1 expert

Anyway, Friday was the day we visited New Forest (that's neither new nor a forest). I instantly fell in love with the area. &hearts It's breathtakingly beautiful. Miles of green, cows and the famous new forest ponies walking around freely. Pathways that suddenly vanish but you only shrug and walk on until you find another pathway.

And of course Brockenhurst, the small town we had chosen as our starting point. Give me the money to buy a small cottage there and I happily would have stayed.
