Am I seeing things?

So, I watched the 7x02 promo this morning, and there is one very, very short scene of... a character played by Misha. But it is so short that I found it impossible to say for sure which character.
He looked way too serious for Leviathan, as we have met them last episode. But then again, my first impression was too determined for Castiel right now. Just imagine what state he must be in if he really manages to break free.

So I had absolutely no idea what to think, until someone gifed the moment:

Guys, that's not just me desperately wanting it to be Cas, right? This is actually Cas.
And what looked determined in the too short moment of the teaser (and a screencap I saw) seems really more struggling to stay upright here, which makes a lot more sense.

I don't know if that means that the Leviathan left him - maybe when they dived into the water, or because he actually forced them out - or if it is just a short moment of Castiel regaining control. But I'm pretty sure that this is proof that our angel is alive and hasn't given up.

Well, if that is Cas, it still doesn't mean that things will turn out okay, but it is a damn big step in the right direction, so fingers crossed.
