I think I stopped breathing somewhen during the last laps. But at least I'm awake now.
Yeah!
1. Kimi Räikkönen
2. Fernando Alonso
3. Felipe Massa
4. Sebastian Vettel
5. Jenson Button :D
6. Vitantonio Liuzzi
7. Nick Heidfeld
8. Mark Webber
9. Heikki Kovalainen
10. Mark Webber
11. Giancarlo Fisichella
12. Alex Wurz
13. Jarno Trulli
14. Takuma Sato
15. Rubens Barichello
16. Nico Rosberg
17. Sakon Yamamoto
5th for Jenson. That's a fantastic result! Especially after the first half of the race which looked very bad. One car after another overtook him and I was totally at a loss with what was going on. Everthing from mechanical problem, tyre problem, heavy car, adjustment for heavy rain... crossed my mind. Whatever it was after Jenson's first pit stop everything worked out amazing.
Btw. I loved his move earlier when Fisichella overtook him. How he gave in so he was in the perfect position to fight back. It didn't work out but I loved the idea.
Well and the last few laps I just kept my fingers crossed until they hurt. 4 points! Wohoooooo! *g*
And Alonso can still win the world championship. It'll be tough but it's possible. I have no idea why Hamilton took that risk with the tyres and didn't change earlier. And I can't say I care. Alonso drove an inconspicuous but perfect race. Exactly what you need when fighting for the world championship.
Kudos to Vettel.
Finally another race I can be pretty happy with. And now I have to go downstairs and not give away anything because my parents haven't seen the race yet.
