gwaevalarin... the bride is Lisa?
Woman we know? Check.
We have seen her in more than one episode? Check.
Opportunity to torture Dean even more and make him the poor, poor victim? Check.
I know it sounds unlikely with Sam being the groom, but with a love spell and someone with a certain sense of humour behind it (Crowley? Leviathans?) I think it could actually make some weird kind of sense.
I called "Castiel becomes God at the end of season 6" a crack theory and look what happened.
I also just remembered the interview about how Castiel's return after 7x02 is as likely as Lisa's
