Fandom Rocks!

Most of you - at least those who are in the SPN fandom - have probably already heard of fandom_rocks. If you haven't it's about time:


"fandom_rocks is a fan-run initiative to raise funds and awareness for charities around the globe.
Inspired by similar campaigns in the Firefly, Buffy, Angel, and Veronica Mars fandoms and brought together by the CW's Supernatural, fans of the show are asking you to join them in supporting the charities of the season."

The two charities they're currently working with is the Lawrence Community Shelter and the SOS Children's Villages

I think it's a great thing so if you have a few euro/dollar/pound/whatever left that won't hurt you giving away - and I know, some of you just don't - please think about donating.

As for me, here's the deal:
As some of you might know I work once a week to gain some extra money. Every euro I'll earn at work next Tuesday will go to fandom_rocks
So keep your fingers crossed that there's a lot for me to do next week. The longer I'll have to work the more money fandom_rocks will get for their charities.

Edit (June 26th 2007): Looks like there's no work for me today. So the Tuesday in question will be the one next week.
