I have this fear for Castiel's life somewhere in the back of my mind as well. But whenever it tries to get to the surface, I keep telling myself that they wouldn't dare. Nothing could prepare me for that anyway, so I try not to think about the possibiliy. Balthazar won't let anything happen to Cas.
