I very much hope we will get to see more about Castiel's and Balthazar's relationship. There is so much potential for conflict and character development, they just can't let this go to waste.
When Castiel chose Dean over him that really hit poor Bal hard. But he will have to accept that Dean plays an important part in Castiel's life. Otherwise he's just going to push Cas even further away.
