Who do I have to bribe...

I have to admit I rushed through season 3 of BSG a little because I wanted to get to Romo before Asylum 5. And I made it.
First of all, it was a nice surprise to see Samantha Ferris. I had no idea she had guest-starred on the show.
Other than that, two characters stood out for me:
Remember how I thought that Leoben was one of the most interesting character after just a few scenes? Seems like my gut feeling about him was right. He is pretty much my favourite character by now. It also seems I have a thing for complicated and frakked up relationships because Leoben and Kara? Just wow! That's the sort of being drawn into the storyline I've been missing. Even in the beginning of the season when Leoben holds Kara against her will, manipulating her with Kacey and at least borderline sexually harassing her... there is still always something so caring about the way he treats her. The situation is so wrong but at the same time it has something very beautiful and loving. She kills him five times and every time he just comes back and shows the same calmness and patience. You can clearly see that Kara wants to hate him, she tries but she can't really, can she? She can't help that she is drawn to him.
And then in Maelstrom, it's the way Leoben just gets her, just knows her like he can look right into her soul. I was absolutley glued to the screen during that episode.
The other character I was particularly paying attention to was, of course, Romo. Good to finally meet you.
A few things I love about Romo:
The finale was really great, too. Especially the last few minutes. The song, the atmosphere, the way four of the final five meet, Kara's return. I have to say, though, I was never really worried about her. Simply dying would have been a rather odd special destiny, wouldn't it?
I guess I'll have to get season 4 soon, don't I?

A few things I love about Romo:
- The sunglasses
- His attitude
- The way he orders Lee around
- The cat and the love-hate relationship he has with him
- How you never know if what he's saying is the truth or if he's just trying to mess with you
- His Smirk
- The sometimes almost random little things he steals but somehow each and every one of them does have a significance
- The way he just leaves Gaius standing there in the end
- And that he talks about his demons in an episode called Crossroads ;)
