Asylum - Saturday May 12th

gwaevalarin Finally the con really started. And it started with a lot of queueing and waiting again. But I finally got my photo tickets for Allison and Nicki and one for Jensen for about half an hour later. Which was probably lucky so I didn't have too much time to think about it. They really rushed you through the photo shoot but I have to say that Jensen smells really good and I felt astonishingly comfortable and calm when standing next to him.
I went to see the rest of Justin's and Alan's panel after that but I have no idea what they were talking about since I was still somewhere else mentally, floating. Jared, watch out! If you don't want to lose all of your fangirls you should be there at the next con. Okay, not really, but Jensen did catch up. ;)
Next Jensen had his panel. He was late because of the incident with the girl that jumped at him after the photo shoot. I don't knopw what exactly happened I just was told about it but I was so angry. Why can't some people just behave? Seriously! It was so great of him to come to this con and I really hoped we'd all leave a positive impression. I hope we still did.
In the panel it took him some time to at least seem relaxed again. Unfortunately I already forgot so much of what he was telling us. I hope someone has transcripts of all the panels or something.
Of course he was asked about season 3 and he told us that he didn't know but things were looking good. Yeah, sure. Of course you already knew, Jensen. I also remember that he talked about celebrities and the tabloids and told us that he thought that when you want to you can stay away from them and that he thinks that all the "stars" that turn up in the tabloids over and over again actually want the attention. Jensen really seemed down to earth. I got the feeling that for him acting is his job and his passion and being famous is what comes with that job but not at all what it is about. He was also asked to tell the bee story again and I think we got the longest version ever. We all know that story but I could listen to him tell it over and over again. "Question from the back: When they say action I'm supposed to freak out. Will that make them angry?" But he could probably read the phone book to me and I'd love it. ;)
When Jensen was telling people that he liked jam sessions with his friends Jason made a mistake by shouting up to him if we wanted to have a jam session that night. The first thing Dim said to me was: "I think Jason won't be Jensen's friend much longer now." ;) Jensen was like "We'll see." and I didn' think he'd really show up on stage that night.
When he mentioned the instant chemistry between him and Jared the whole crowed went "Awwwww!" and Jensen said: "If you tell him I said that, IÄ'm gonna kill you." I hope he can remember all of us. ;)
During the lunch break I tried to find out if Jensen would sign the pictures we took with him and people were really helpful and running around to get an aswer until they could tell me "Definately yes." Same with Allison the next day. Thank you so much to all the staff at the con. You guys were amazing!
I only saw part of the Coventry Guest Stars panel but it was the funniest panel of the con. Especially the question if they got a part in a gay movie who they'd love as their partner in the movie. Mark was slowly backing away with his chair. First to the end of the stage then down the stairs and in the end he was almost out of the room. I'm wondering if Mark's just acting so he'll be invited to more cons. Cause he obviously loves them. :p
I unfortunalty didn't see much of Allison's and Nicki's, Alona's and Brooke's panel cause I had my other photo shoots at that time. But I remember someone asking what the first thing was they noticed in Europe or England and Brooke was like: "You have buildings that are older than my country." and Nicki was like "I like the way you talk."
My first photo was the one with Nicki. I was wearing my "Erm... Christo?" shirt and Nicki didn't react first but when I was already standing next to her she was jumping to the side - maybe she's still possessed after all ;) - looking at the shirt and then she was like "I love that shirt. You'll have to trade shirts for me." She even remembered it the next day when she signed the picture.
Next shoot was Allison - yes I had quite some photo's taken that day - and she was so adorable. She asked me about the shirt as well. I explained to her that is was from Supernatural since she had told us in the panel that she hadn't watched the show yet. I hope we all could convince her that this totally has to change. She was smiling at me and so cute. *is in love*
After the events for that day were over we went back to the hotel to be back in time for Jason's concert. They had Guinness there. Wheee!
I'm a little confused that now everyone is saying how much they liked the concert cause to me it seemed like pretty much everyone was talking and not paying that much attention to Jason except for when Jensen was on stage with him. But maybe that was just me. Anyway, we had a lot of fun. You saw those four girls that were waving completely out of tact? That was us. But he really can't keep the tact and was confusing us... or maybe we were confusing him.
Jensen really did get on stage to sing with Jason... or to stand there keeping his distance from the microphone while Jason was singing.

I don't know if that was such a good idea. Don't get me wrong: I loved it. But this way Jensen got all the attention at Jason's concert which is really sad. And yes, I have to admit - and I fel really bad about it - after Jensen had left the stage again and I knew where he was sitting I had a hard time to take my eyes off him. He just seemes so relaxed and his private self just sitting there and listening to a close friend's concert. And he's clapping pretty strange.
We thought about going to the party afterwards but the music was so bad that we decided to go back to the hotel instead. The four of us were sitting in Dim's and Cellardoor's hotel room and turned on the tv and Grey's Anatomy was on. The episode with Gabriel Tigerman and of course Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Thiii! Of course we totally had to watch it. We didn't go to bed that late that day. I think it was about midnight.
