Tv-show rec and a look back

I watched the pilot of "Persons Unknown" last night and it is one of those shows that got me hooked immediately.
Basically it is about a group of people who wake up in a ghost town without the slightest idea how they got there and why. There are security cameras everywhere but not a clue as to what is going on.
I reminds me a lot of Survivors in its setup and atmosphere but with a little bit of subtle horror movie and a dash of Lost-like mysteries. Just enough to make it intriguing but not confusing. From what I can say so far it concentrates on the different characters and how they are each handling the situation to solve the mystery and find a way to escape.

dailymisha reminded me for how long I've actually known Misha before Supernatural.
The very first time Misha appeared on my screen was about 10 years ago in Charmed. To be honest, he didn't really leave much of an impression back then. But whenever I go back now to rewatch the episode, I can't stop laughing. Just look at how cute and innocent he looked back then. Could you ever have pictured this guy playing an Angel of the Lord and leading thousands of Minions to gain world domination? Me neither.

Hey, he stole Chris's will-make-me-let-him-get-away-with-anything look:

The smile was the same back then:

The first show where he left an impression was 24. Even though I still didn't even know his name. Alexis was just one of those likeable bad guys. Well, okay, maybe not exactly likeable but I could see how what-was-her-name could fall for him and how betrayed she must have felt when she found out he was a terrorist.

And then there was E.R. where I liked him but my little Ray/Neela shipper heart didn't like at all when he made a move on Neele. Not that I can really blame him.

And only then did I meet Castiel. With his piercing blue eyes, his impressive shadow wings and his curious head tilt. Which reminds me that I still have a season 4/5-rewatch-with-meta planned.

On a side note: I'm still always impressed by how no two characters Misha has played even look the same. Or like him.
