Great Britain 2006
Jun. 11th, 2006 03:21 pmI enjoyed the race. Really, I did. Even if I don't like the results of course. The weekend already had been ruined yesterday so I watched the race with absolutely no expectations at all and just tried to enjoy it.

Juancho: The fire was there during the first few laps. But then he got stuck behind Heidfeld and the rest of the race went like most of his races this season: nothing special really. I wish he'd start giving me heart attacks again every single race.
Jacques: He had a normal start but it was a bit disappointing considering how Heidfeld's start went. I didn't see much of him during the race at least not until he began chasing Rosberg and fighting with him for the last point. And when he was ahead of him after his last pit stop I cheered. Not his best race this season but it was okay.
Jenson: It was so much fun watching him chase the cars ahead of him. Was that the "killer intinct" everybody says he's lacking? It just took him five laps to get from 19th to 12th. Yeah! Points would've been possible I guess. To be honest when I saw him spinnng my first thought was that he probably had pushed to hard when fighting Coulthard. But then they showed all of what had happened and I saw that the engine had blown up. Just seems like the proper end to that weekend. I wasn't really upset. He had shown what he's capable of. And he seemed okay when he got out of the car and went over to the fans to wave and shake some hands. I actually think he even smiled a little bit.
Mark: Probably his shortest race ever. It clearly was neither his nor Ralf Schumacher's fault.
