Creation is very strict. Very strict, they are organized but they are tight in schedule so everything is rushed and it's just....not worth all the money one pays for things, you know? I find that when they go to cons overseas they spend more time just relaxing and having fun and interact with fans more. At least from what I've observed, anyway.
