I think what side Ruby is on was supposed to be obvious at that point. When Sam got the message my first suspect was Zach and then I saw Ruby's smirk and the only thing I could think was: "You bitch!"
Cas... I think he's my favourite character by now. I have a weak spot for fallen (or falling) angels. Especially if they fall because they refuse to blindly obey.
