I'm quietly amused at Tumblr talking about all the things we know after the Pretty Little Liars finale, because if you just take a second to think about it, we do not know a thing.

Ali is alive: Yeah, because a women we barely know said so. And even if we believe the story about how she dragged Ali out of the ground just in time and drove off with her: 1) the who was the body found and identified as Ali and b) who says that Ali is still alive to this day?

A is male: Because there where a few suits in A's lair? Have you ever seen A walk around in a suit? Me neither. There are probably a million possible reasons why A has them.

Cece is Red Coat: There were two Red Coats in this episode. One defintely Cece, one possibly Ali. So I guess the idea is that Cece was always the "evil" Red Coat and Ali always the "good" one. But: Aria cornered Cece pretty quickly. Weird considering how smart and elusive Red Coat usually is, isn't it?

Cece killed Wilson: This is the one that probably has the highest probability of being accurate. But we still don't know for sure. In this show, you cannot rely on a witness you barely know, even if he has proven helpful so far. I also can't quite remember: Did he actually see Cece kill Wilden? Or was she just there? And even if it was Cece, who says that it had anything to do with A?
Overall, I'm still leaning towards Cece being a red hering.

It's Ezra's time to be shady: Yeah, he looked confused more than anything. I'm pretty sure he either got a note from A or just followed the girls for some reason and has no idea what's going on.

The only thing we do know is that things are getting more and more dangerous for the girls and their loved ones. Whether Red Coat 1 really wanted Emily to die, and she was only saved by Red Coat 2, or whether the plan always was to only scare them, we can only guess.

We also know that Mona is still alive and well. And it sure does look like she's scheming, including her own disappearance. But even that we cannot know for sure.

I tend to not go looking at the PLL fandom on Tumblr because they're kind of...eh on many things. It kind of gives me a headache, tbh.

I agree that the summer finale told many things, but didn't reveal anything new. It just kind of confirmed the suspicions that the girls had and gave us new details on things. Such as "A"s lair and how they've been tracking things (which makes sense because it's located outside of Rosewood.) The truth is said to revealed in the Halloween episode, that we'll be finding out who Red Coat really is.

And even if we believe the story about how she dragged Ali out of the ground just in time and drove off with her: 1) the who was the body found and identified as Ali and b) who says that Ali is still alive to this day?

Well, this sort of coincides with the twin thing, which the show may or may not be doing depending on how they plan on going about that storyline. With that, it makes complete sense.

Yeah, he looked confused more than anything. I'm pretty sure he either got a note from A or just followed the girls for some reason and has no idea what's going on.

That didn't look like confusion to me. That looked like anger.

If it turns out to be true, I think it would be excellent twist to things. I'm not entirely sure he's the "A" ringleader, but it's a high possibility that he may end up being "bored shorts". Whether he's actually been involved this whole time or had tried to put all this behind him, only to find out that someone has been stalking/tracking his entire timeline or that the girls (and Aria) are close to discovering the truth could explain the outburst in the lair.

But again, we don't know anything for sure. Remember, this show loves to give us these things to ponder over. See: Toby last season when it was revealed he was part of the "A" team.

We don't know the full story yet, but holy crap, did they do something to make people talk until the Halloween episode. :D

To be quite honest, I only quickly went to the Toby Cavanaugh tag about halfway through the episode to make sure he'd be okay.

The twin story does look more and more likely.

About Ezra: Oops, I just went back to rewatch that scene and realized I missed the outburst part because I was distracted by my cat for about 2 seconds. Okay, agreed, that's anger.
Still, was it anger because the girls found the lair, or was it anger because of what he found in the lair? I'm still not convinced but I do think either could be interesting.
